• Return Process for Discrepancies: If the received item differs significantly from the one advertised and specified on our website, please proceed with the following steps:

  • Await confirmation from Mimi acknowledging the irregularity in the purchased product.
  • Within one week of confirmation, arrange with a transport company for the return procedure of the item.
  • The returned item must be accompanied by all original elements and in the same condition as received during the delivery.

Items Ineligible for Return:

• Items cannot be returned if:

  • They lack accompanying elements such as labels, invoices, design elements, packaging, or any accompanying gifts.
